I did an updated version of my talk called “Empathic Mentoring for Developers” at Devoxx Belgium 2024.

Speaking at Devoxx has been one of the best conference experiences I had in a long time. The energy and the atmosphere are so much different than what I am used to. Things I especially noticed were the higher level of competence and seniority among the audience. This also reflected well through details such as live ratings, the speakers and the program in general. The organizers were service-minded, and it was easy to notice that they are experiences conference organizers. I love the fact that they made space for talks about tech leadership and people oriented talks - because in tech, everything we do is about people. A huge thanks to Devoxx for having me at the conference.
